The contents of the course is the same where we cover primary and secondary care including CPR, bleeding, wounds management, shock and all the nasties that can happen to you ... but we have realised that you need additional skills as an adventurer and explorer ... that's why we include snake bite, improvised first aid kits and outdoor rescue as completely free extras to our course.
  8. With a trauma doctor and a mountain rescue professional on the teaching staff you will learn from our very real and firsthand experiences how to deal with emergencies ... Our EFR first aid course is also recognized by health and safety as a career development course.
